1 Pint of Heavy Cream
1 Stick of Butter
2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
1/2 -3/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
OK, here's how I roll.....in the saucepan, combine the butter.....
and the heavy cream....
and the cream cheese....(NOTE: DO NOT use more than 2 Tbsp of cream cheese, it will turn out too thick)
Simmer until all is melted, and mixed well. Add the parmesan cheese...
and the garlic powder. Simmer on low about 30 minutes. YOu may want to add a little salt or pepper.
Boil your noodles.....
Add aldredo sauce over cooked noodles. Add some chicken or broccoli if you'd like. Garnish with more parmesan cheese and there you got it.
I'd show you a picture of the finished thing, but my kids were not
about to wait for me to take a picture before they ate.
