Fun Fact #1

Thought I'd do something different today.  I'm going to start a "fun fact" post.  Basically, I love knowing pointless facts.  It's sad to say, but those are the things that stick in my brain.  So, here's fun fact #1, I ALWAYS wear my hair up when I shoot.  Pony tail or a bun.  I have long locks, but you'll never see them:)  I'm so scared that one long piece of my hair will fly up and get in the shot.  To say I'm slightly paranoid in life is an under statement.  And just because I'm feeling generous, I'll give you one more fun fact...I almost ALWAYS wear rain boots.  Strange?  Yes.  But  I almost always end up getting dirty or end up shooting in a field so they come in handy all the stinkn' time.  Tell me one a pointless fun fact about you:)  Pretty please! Evie

I love perfect grass...
I mean like seriously LOVE. You can ask Morgan. We'll be walking along, and I'll just stop and stare at a perfect section of someones yard, and be like, "Look at that grass...it's beautiful." & she'll just keep going, and I'll be like, "No, REALLY, come back here and look at it with me." She thinks I'm crazy. :]

I like to mark my return address name as "L. Westbrook" on envelopes, not because it takes too much time to write out the "eah" part, but more because I like that it looks like my late grandma's name (Lucy Westbrook). She used to sign (some, not all) of her oil paintings that way.

Also, whenever I'm eating out of a bag of chips and it gets to where it's less than halfway full, I have to grab some scissors and cut a big portion of the top of the bag away so it's easier to get to the chips. Yeah. I'm a fatty. And I just did it to my Lays. ;)

And Morgan, you should totally direct the movie that will be based off of your future book and dub it in all 11 languages you will know one day. :)

Leah: I do that to my chips too! (just did it to a bag of Lays Kettle Cooked Jalapeno yesterday) Where did we learn that? Mom never did that, I don't think. Weird.

Okay, so this is just a strange one, but here goes....I heard a DJ on the radio claim this, and I've found it's true. Smell the bottom of a dog's paw....it smells like Frito's!!! No joke, try it :)

I like to read the dictionary when Addison is napping. Learning big words and better words for certain instances make me feel like my brain isn't turning into mommy mush.

And I'm addicted to Japanese coffee candy. I drive all the way over to a sushi restaurant off Davis Hwy to buy bags of it.
